School buses running late to Armagh and Lurgan after a road crash in Portadown

Traffic is moving very slowly along the Northway after a crash near Corcrain.

It is understood there was a collision between a lorry and a car.

A PSNI spoksperson said: “Motorists are advised of traffic disruption in the Northway area of Portadown due to a road traffic collision at the junction of Corcrain Road.

It is understood one woman may have been injured and has gone to hospital.

Officers dealing with the scene are awaiting specialist removal equipment vehicles to remove the lorry from the road.

This may be what is causing the hold ups.
