Karen continued, “I would like to thank the businesses for their commitment to the scheme and especially for their co-operation while the work was taking place.

“I am confident that these improvements will bring a welcome boost to local businesses in the run-up to Christmas and hope that it will help to attract further investment and development to the village.”

Mayor of Antrim, Councillor Roy Thompson commented, “I would like to thank GROW South Antrim for their significant financial contribution towards the scheme and the businesses for their investment and co-operation.

The Council is delighted to see it completed as it has helped us, and our partners, to bring forward a key objective in the Council’s Masterplan for Crumlin.”
