Temporary closure of local Post Office

A Post Office in Portadown is to close temporarily for building work, the company has announced.

Woodside Post Office at 139 Garvaghy Road, Portadown, Craigavon, County Armagh, BT62 1EH, will be temporarily closed due to the work.

The branch will temporarily close on Saturday 21 November at 12.30pm and it is envisaged that the work will take approximately two weeks to complete.

The branch due to re-open on Monday 7 December at 9am.

During this temporary closure customers can access Post Office services from any convenient branch including:

Portadown Post Office, 23 West Street, Portadown, BT62 3PL

Brownstown Road Post Office, 11 Brownstown Road, Portadown, BT62 4EB

Janese Sung, Post Office Change Manager, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the work.

“The safety of our customers is of paramount, therefore, to allow for the building work to take place, it will be necessary for the service to close temporarily.”
