Thousands flock to cool off at the coast

All roads lead to the coast today as thousands of people flocked to the beaches to enjoy the soaring temperatures.

As these photos of Portrush’s East Strand show, it was difficult to spot a patch of sand with the crowds of people cooling off at the coast.
