Permits available for Twelfth 
celebrations

Anyone seeking permits to gain entrance to the field on 12th July can receive an application form from Lowquarter Orange Hall, 37a Ballinderry Road, Lisburn BT28 2QS, between 7.30pm to 9.00pm on Tuesday 25th; Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th June 2013.

Permits will be issued on a “first come, first served” basis.

There is a charge of £10 for a Private Lodge Catering Vehicle Permit. Private Lodge catering vehicles must be displaying the correct Permit and be in the Demonstration Field by 10.30am. There is a charge of £5 for a Car Parking Permit for elderly or disabled individuals.

Public car parking will be available at a cost of £5 per vehicle in a designated area of the Demonstration Field and in the field at the opposite side of the Ballinderry Road with access from the Moneybroom Road.

All members of the public are asked to arrive in Magheragall no later than 10.30am and to cooperate with the marshals and PSNI.

Vehicles will not be permitted to park along the parade route. A limited number of trader permits for the Demonstration Field will be issued on a “first come, first served” basis.

Any person or body acting on a commercial basis will be required to have public liability insurance and all other relevant documentation available for inspection.

Permits at a cost of £100 each will be issued to successful applicants on a first come, first served basis.

Relevant documentation accompanying your application includes: Public Liability Insurance cover for at least £5 million; Payment of £100; (cheques payable to Magheragall District LOL No.9.) A written Risk Assessment of significant hazards associated with your work activity e.g. use of LPG, generators, hot cooking surfaces/substances and slips, trips and falls; Letter of confirmation from your local council that you are food registered; (only required from traders supplying food) A copy of the most recent CORGI Gas Safety Inspection Report/ Gas Safe Register Report; (if LPG is used) A letter of support for your application from your local Loyal Orange Lodge.
