Pet checks
VETERINARY charity PDSA is once again offering free pet health check for animals in the borough after a successful uptake of the service last year.
A total of 80 dogs were given a free check at the roadshow during a previous visit to the town and it is hoped that residents will avail of the free service again.
The roadshows will take place on July 18, 19 and 20 in Castleview car park, Whitehead, Glassillan Grove, Greenisland, and Castle Green, Carrickfergus respectively.
Timings are yet to be confirmed but are anticipated to be from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
