Petition to wind upcity building firm
The rates office has lodged a petition to wind up Londonderry building firm, City Building Development Ltd., in the High Court.
Land and Property Services Ltd. presented the petition against the company, with an address in Papworth Avenue off the Culmore Road, on February 23.
The petition is scheduled to be heard on Thursday, April 16, according to a notice published in the Belfast Gazette.
