Petrol bomb attack on home of woman and children

A PETROL bomb was thrown at a home in which a woman and five children were staying in the Waterside area of Londonderry in the early hours of Wednesday (March 21).

The petrol bomb attack at residential premises at the Canterbury Park area occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, March 21.

Shortly after 00.25am it was reported that a petrol bomb was thrown at a house in the area, causing damage to the front door of the property.

A female and five children were in the house at the time of the incident, but were not injured. Enquiries are continuing.
