PIPS Larne seeks Calendar Boys for charity shoot
The local suicide prevention charity is seeking “toned men aged 18-35” to help raise money for its support services.
PIPS Larne’s Chairperson Carlee Letson told the Times that the photoshoot would be “tasteful but a wee bit raunchy.”

“We want guys who are up for a bit of fun, anyone willing to get involved must contact us by October 3.”
The calendar has received heavyweight support from Larne strongman Chris McNaghten, who will feature as Mr December.
Chris, who was two-time Junior Ireland Strongest Man as well as British and UK strongest man, is urging local men to get involved.

“I would urge local men not to be shy but to come out and support PIPS Larne.”
Chris’ Inspire Gym is developing a partnership project with PIPS Larne, as exercise stimulates the release of feel-good endorphins.
“People who are depressed can see their body change, there are challenges and rewards and they get a real sense of self-achievement and the opportunity to socialise and get into a regime,” Chris continued.
“All the male staff at Inspire gym will be taking part in the calendar.”
