Plan to build 22 homes

THE group behind a proposal for a 20,000 seater football and rugby stadium in East Belfast plans a 22 dwelling development on the Limavady Road.

Eastonville Traders Ltd. has applied for permission to develop 16 apartments in two blocks over 2.5 storeys, two semi-detached houses and four detached houses with landscaping and car parking on land at 62a, 64 and 72 Limavady Road.

The Planning Service’s Londonderry Development Plan Tree Preservation Order section has identified a number of issues concerning the development proposal and has requested various additional documents and drawings in relation to the existing protected trees located on the application site.
