Planners reject Mageramorne application
A PROPOSAL to build a replacement dwelling and garage at Maghermorne has been refused by planners.
The application, for a site 500m north west of 68 Craiganee Road, was lodged by Sam Robinson of Sydenham Road, Belfast.
But the Planning Service felt there were “no overriding reasons why this development is essential in this rural location and could not be located within a settlement”.
