Planners reject Raloo development
AN application for a new house and garage at Raloo has been rejected by planners amid claims that the development would pose a danger to motorists.
The proposed development, by M Baird, was to be located 75 metres south of 48 Ballyvallagh Road. The Planning Service feared it would “prejudice the safety and convenience of road users”.
Planners added: “It would not be possible to provide adequate sight lines where the proposed access joins the Ballyvallagh Road.”
