Planning approval
PLANNERS have recommended approval of an application by Four Seasons Health Care for the erection of a new 60-bed care home in Jordanstown.
The application for the demolition of Edenmore Care Home at 646 Shore Road and construction of a new residential facility at the site had been deferred previously when it came before local councillors for consideration.
However, at their Planning Committee meeting on April 15, members were informed that the scheme has been granted approval, despite four letters of objection.
