Plans for 78 Northland units
Housing developer, Clanmil Developments, has applied for permission to erect 78 flats and houses on the Northland Road in Londonderry.
The plans relate to a plot at 137 Northland Road, adjacent to the Springtown Industrial Estate.
The developer wants to erect 44 two bedroom apartments, 18 one bedroom apartments, 12 three bedroom dwellings, four two bedroom dwellings, associated car parking, landscaping and site works - 78 units in total.
