Plant hire firm seeks winding up
A plant hire firm from the East Midlands is seeking the winding-up of Ardmore-based demolition company, Demolition Services Ireland Ltd.
Ashtead Plant Hire Company Limited t/a A Plant, which claims to be a creditor of the Village Green-based demolition company, presented the petition on April 17.
It’s scheduled to be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice on Thursday, May 28.
