Points and fine for no insurance
A £150 fine and six penalty points have been imposed on a Ballymena man who drove without insurance.
He was William McFadden of Staffa Drive.
Last Thursday’s sitting of Ballymena Magistrate’s Court heard that the offence came to light when McFadden was stopped on a motorcycle at Cullybackey Road on February 4.
A solicitor for McFadden said his client had insurance but for another motorbike.
