Points are imposed
THREE penalty points were imposed on a 44-year-old woman last Thursday at Craigavon court for not wearing her seat belt while driving.
Margaret Mulholland, of Drumellan Gardens, Craigavon, was also fined 75 for the offence and fined 75 for not having a vehicle test certificate.
The court heard she was seen driving at Legahory Centre on May 18 and she was not wearing her seat belt. She did not have a test certificate.
Her solicitor said she was on her way to a garage to pay for the repairs. She had been at the post office to get money. The car later passed the test.
