Police appeal after tools theft from van

Police are appealing for information following the theft of tools from a van parked at Antrim Road, Lisburn on Friday, 1 August.

It was reported at about 11.10pm that the van had been broken into and tools were stolen, including a blue Mikida drill, a handsaw, a disc saw and a black Stanley hand-box containing hand tools such as wrenches, saws etc.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who is offered the tools for sale, is asked to call police on the non-emergency number 101 or to contact Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
