Police appeal for information

POLICE in Coleraine are appealing for information regarding an assault at a bar in the area of Bridge Street, Cushendall, on Saturday 18 February.

Around 12.30am a 19-year-old man received severe facial injuries when he was assaulted by a 21-year-old man.

The assailant was arrested by police, interviewed and was released on bail pending further enquiries a short time later.
