Police appeal: Limemarket Street assault

It was reported that a man, aged in his 30’s, was struck in the face by a male at around 1am. The man suffered a suspected broken jaw as a result.

Constable Johnston said, “ The suspect has been described as being short, well built, with a beard and was wearing a long sleeved blue top. I would ask anyone who witnessed this incident to contact police in Coleraine on the non-emergency number 101. Information can also be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
