Police hunt inappropriate remarker

POLICE are hunting a man who made inappropriate remarks to four teenage girls in the Racecourse Road area on Saturday night (1st).

The girls were walking close to Belmont School around 9.30pm when they encountered the man sitting on a green electric box.

He is described as being of a stocky build with short dark shaven hair, longer on top and shorter on the sides and a scar to the side of his mouth.

He was wearing a grey hooded top with dark lettering across the front, navy jeans and yellow, navy and white striped trainers.

Anyone who could help police with their enquiries is asked to contact Strand Road on 0845 600 8000.
