In addition to closure on December 25, 26 and 28, the offices across the district will also be closed on New Year’s Day, January 1.

Outlining the PSNI’s holiday arrangements affecting local stations, a police spokesperson said the closure will affect routine and non-urgent business, such as the production of driving documents.

However, the spokesperson stated that police officers will be available to meet those persons who have an urgent need and pointed out that there are no changes to the 101 non-emergency number, which is the main way in which members of the community make contact with police.

If you need to report a crime or want to speak to a police officer, you should use the 101 number.

In an emergency, however, the advice from police is to dial 999.
