Police investigate arson attack

Police are appealing for information following an arson attack at a property in Randalstown.

The Times understands the incident at the derelict property in the Church Road area of the town took place on February 15, but details have only been made public by the police today.

Commenting on the blaze, a PSNI spokesperson said: “The property was entered and rubbish set on fire on Wednesday, February 15, sometime between 4pm and 4:30pm.

“If you saw anyone entering or leaving this property, or saw anything suspicious, please contact Antrim PSNI on 101, quoting serial 925 15/2/17. Or, if you prefer call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
