Police investigate report of suspicious male
Police carried out searches in the Mayfield area in the early hours of this morning after suspicious activity at the rear of a property.
Commenting on the incident, a PSNI spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a suspicious male climbing the rear fence of a house in the Mayfield Court area of Newtownabbey at approximately 12:45am on Sunday, December 18.
“Police attended and carried out searches in the surrounding area, but did not find anyone matching the description. No damage was caused in the incident.”
