Police issue series of appeals

POLICE in Craigavon are appealing for information following a burglary in the Limefield Rise area.

Some time between August 1 and August 4 entry was gained to a residential property. A door was damaged and a boiler stolen.

An appeal has also been made for information following the burglary of two residential properties in the Moyraverty area.

Some time between September 1 and 15 entry was gained to two properties and a substantial amount of damage caused from copper being stripped from the dwelling.

Police in Craigavon recovered an amount of prescription drugs in undergrowth in the Drumgor area during a proactive patrol on Wednesday, September 15.

These drugs could cause illness or harm if taken without the proper medical advice.

An assault in the Drumgor area is also under investigation.

Around 9pm on Wednesday, September 15, an 18 year old man was assaulted by three people on the black path area of Drumgor.

Police are appealing for information following a robbery in the area of Craigavon Lakes.

Around 3am on Friday, 17 September, a 43 year old man was grabbed from behind by two males and had a sum of cash taken.

They are also appealing for information following a burglary at a house in Drumbeg.

Some time between August 23 and September 17 entry was gained by breaking a window and a copper tank was removed.
