* Police arrested and charged a 28-year-old man in the Mary Street of Ballycastle area with disorderly behaviour, resisting arrest and assault on police. The man was arrested and charged on Monday 31 April and has since appeared at North Antrim Magistrates’ Court.

* Police arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of possession of class B drugs on Tuesday 1 April. After his arrest on the Ramoan Road, he was released on police bail pending further enquiries.

* Police are investigating the theft of a chainsaw from an unlocked garage in the Fairhead View area of Ballycastle.

* Police received a report of a burglary at a vacant house on Main Street, Bushmills on Friday 4 April. A water cylinder and copper piping was stolen during the burglary causing water damage inside the house.

* Police and the Fire Service were called to a flat on fire at Bleach Green, Ballycastle on Saturday 05 April. The fire is being treated as suspicious at present and police enquiries are continuing.

* Police received a report that the window of a house was smashed in the Belford Park area of Ballymoney. The criminal damage was reported to police on Friday 04 April. Anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area on Friday night or into the early hours of Saturday is asked to contact police on the new non emergency number 101.

* Police seized a car in the Kilraughts Road area of Dervock at around 10:30pm on Saturday April 05. The car was seized for having no insurance.
