Police Ombudsman appeal over Cullybackey incident
THE Police Ombudsman’s office has appealed for witnesses to an incident in Cullybackey on October 13.
It happened in the early hours of the morning outside the Central Arms bar on Main Street and involved a number of police officers and members of the public.
