Police probe burglaries

POLICE investigating a number of burglaries around the borough have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

At around 8.40pm on Thursday (March 11), two houses on the Hightown Road, Glengormley were broken into and a number of items were stolen.

The following day, thieves forced their way into a house on Boghill Road, Mallusk sometime between 10.15am and 1.45pm. They made off with two flat screen TVs and an antique tricycle.

Meanwhile, sometime between 10am and 1pm on Sunday (March 14), burglars broke into a house on Knockagh Road. Two TVs, a DVD player, a laptop computer and a small HiFi were stolen.
