Police release Evofit image

POLICE have released an ‘Evofit’ likeness of a male they would like to speak to in connection with the false imprisonment of a teenage girl in Lisburn’s Blaris Park area on Sunday, January 27.

At approximately 10.50pm the 18-year-old was using a public telephone box when a foreign man held her inside against her will by forcibly holding the door closed from the outside, while demanding money; he ran off empty-handed when disturbed by a passerby.

The young woman was not injured but was left shaken by the incident.
