PSNI inspector Glynis Kirkwood-Nagar commented: “Drugs misuse is an issue of concern to Larne communities and officers have been working hard to tackle the issue of drug supply and distribution.

“This looks to be a significant find and we are glad to have taken these drugs out of circulation.

“I would encourage the people of Larne to continue to work with us to put criminal drug dealers on the back foot.”

Anyone with information on the illegal sale or use of drugs can contact police on the non-emergency number 101, or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
