Police warning after Larne burglary
Police are investigating a burglary in the Mill Brae area of Larne, which took place overnight on Thursday , May 19 to Friday May 20.
Anyone who has any information about this incident can contact police on the non-emergency 101 number or through CrimeStoppers 0800 555 111.
A police spokesperson said: “We would also like to remind people about closing and locking doors and windows on all floors when you leave the house or are going to bed. This is particularly important in the warm weather when they are more likely to be open.
“We suggest you have a routine for locking up and ensure you check the whole house. Thirty seconds of effort might just prevent you being targeted. Don’t make it easy!”
