Policing body and Tesco join forces

Banbridge Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PCSP) recently joined forces with the community champion of the new Tesco Bridgewater Extra Banbridge store.

Working with the champion David McKay, they provided local people with information about keeping themselves, their homes and cars safe, and to discuss any community safety issues.

John Macauley, Banbridge District Council Community Safety Warden, joined David McKay at the Banbridge store to hand out leaflets and answer any questions the shoppers had on a wide range of community issues and safety concerns.

This meeting is a good opportunity for local residents and businesses to raise policing and community safety issues and priorities with the local police and with PCSP members.
