The proposal will, if approved, see the demolition of an existing building and the erection of a proposed single storey production facility for packaging of pharmaceutical finished products on their footprint.

According to the application documents, the 0.17 hectare site is adjacent to building B5 at Almac House in the Seagoe Industrial Estate.

The land is currently used as an existing service yard with containers.

The development is not expected to increase visitor numbers or the number of vehicles visiting the site on a daily basis.

The application was submitted and validated on Wednesday, March 10. The standard consultation period ends on Tuesday, April 22 and the application will be advertised until Friday, April 23.
