Five homes planned for Hamiltonsbawn

An application has been submitted to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council planners that, if approved, will see new dwellings built in Hamiltonsbawn.

The proposal to demolish the buildings already in place at lands 34, 34a and 36 Main Street, Hamiltonsbawn and replace them with a residential development consisting of five dwellings was submitted to Council on Monday, February 15.

At present this land is home to two occupied dwellings and a tile showroom and is opposite the Bawn Inn Public House.

The application was submitted by agent Lenaghan Design on behalf of applicants Chris and Mandy Farr.

It was was validated on Friday, February 26 and will be advertised until Friday, April 9.
