The outline application was submitted on Wednesday, September 30, by a Belfast planning consultancy and development firm, Clyde Shanks, on behalf of the applicants.
The proposal would see a residential development comprising of 24 semi detached and 14 detached houses an open space, private amenity space, landscaping and access onto the Moneymore Road, developed at 93 Moneymore Road, Magherafelt.
The application is currently under consideration but as of yet, no deadline has been listed for advertisements or consultations on the Northern Ireland planning portal.
