Remembrance Day schedule

The parade will move off at 10am, making its way to the War Memorial for a wreath laying ceremony followed by a Remembrance service in Shankill Parish at 11.30am.

Poppy organiser Roberta McNally said: “Every year we’re getting more and more people ordering wreaths. Last year we cut it fine in getting the last wreath laid before the bells sounded at 11am.

“This year we’ll be looking to leave the Legion at 10am sharp in order to get the wreaths laid before the bells sound to mark the Armistice.”

At 6.30pm on Sunday the Salvation Army Citadel will be the location for another Remembrance service.
