Craigavon council unveils new ‘user-friendly’ website redesign

CRAIGAVON Borough Council have unveiled a new-look website which has undergone a redesign in the hope that it will be quicker and easier for residents to use.

With its new interactive layout and navigation, quick access to useful tools and exciting new web technologies, the website highlights all Council services, from bin dates and leisure activities to information on dogs and Councillor’s details, in just a few clicks.

In addition, you can now pay for a wide range of features online including dog licensing, bulk collections, dog fouling & litter fines, household recycling centre vouchers and trade waste. You can also access your online building control application or check pitch booking availability. Chairperson of the Policy & Resources Committee, Councillor Mark Baxter, said: “We are delighted to launch the new-look Craigavon Borough Council website.

“Thousands of people visited the site last year. We know it is a vital tool for local residents and we wanted to ensure it was easy to use, informative and provided online payment facilities for a variety of services. The new site will make it much easier for local people to do business with the Council – log on and check it out”
