Dodds in support of local candidates

DUP MEP Diane Dodds hit the campaign trail in Rathfriland this week in support of the two DUP council candidates for Knockiveagh, David Herron and Ian Wilson.

Urging a massive vote for the two DUP candidates Diane Dodds said, “This election is about keeping Northern Ireland moving forward, and indeed keeping Knockiveagh moving forward through effective local representation and a strong DUP team on Banbridge District Council.

“In David Herron and Ian Wilson the DUP are putting forward two excellent candidates who can help the DUP to promote the rural community and local villages in and towns in Knockiveagh. The DUP has led the way in delivering a first rate constituency service, easily accessible and committed to delivering for the people. We will remain committed to delivery of the best possible services at value to the ratepayer.

“I would urge people to turn out on May 5 and show their determination to build upon the progress we have already made and give us the mandate we need to continue to take Northern Ireland forward towards a better future for all of our people.”
