Four of those seats have gone to the DUP - Andrew Ewing, Alan Givan, Paul Porter and Rhoda Walker, the other to the UUP’s Tim Mitchell.

Meanwhile, in Lisburn North, only three of the six seats have been filled, these by Ulster Unionist Brian Bloomfield, Alliance’s Stephen Martin and the DUP’s Scott Carson.

Castlereagh South now has four of its seven seats filled, courtesy of the DUP’s Nathan Anderson, the UUP’s Michael Henderson, the SDLP’s John Gallen and Alliance’s Geraldine Rice.

Party totals now stand at 17 seats for the DUP, eight UUP, five Alliance, two SDLP and one TUV.
