‘Heart of Glens’ congratulations
Sinn Féin Glens councillors Margaret Anne McKillop and Noreen McAllister expressed hearty congratulations to all those involved in the ‘Heart of the Glens’ Festival.
Cllr McKillop said: “Yet again the organisers of this series of events have put in so much hard work and given their community a real boost. It shows our Glens area at its very best and was a fantastic achievement. One tourist even commented to me that they were already looking forward to the next one!”
Cllr McAllister added: “It was a really well-run festival with something to appeal to everyone. Locals and visitors all had a great time and all of us in Sinn Féin appreciate that there is a lot of diligent work behind the scenes that makes the ‘Heart of the Glens’ such a success.”
