International Training & Networking Opportunities in 2014

As part of its Leadership through Intercultural Dialogue (LID) Programme, Inside Out continues to provide valuable international learning opportunities for paid or unpaid young leaders, youth workers and other practitioners who have a remit for working with young people from those in Northern Ireland and the wider UK.

There are eight Programmes in total and there are 19 Places.

Inside Out is now looking to recruit participants for the following European programmes which have been approved in the final round of funding awarded under the Youth in Action programme (October 2013). Information regarding some of the programmes has been included below.

All programmes are addressing a number of contemporary issues including the use of Social Media and Youth Unemployment as well as other methodologies around Partnership Building, Humour and Equality.

As per normal food and accommodation for all programmes is covered and 70% of travel will be reimbursed (up to a maximum amount depending on the programme, see details below). Insurance is not included in the reimbursement and participation fees may apply in some cases.

All participants must have a valid passport and be aged 18 or over – there is no maximum age restrictions unless stated. If you are likely to be representing your organisation please ensure you have secured permission to attend.
