Lowry’s Lane for overhaul
A LANEWAY in Rosemount notorious in the past for underage boozing and anti-social behaviour is set for a major overhaul with plans in place for new lights, bollards and gates.
The section of Lowry’s Lane between the Glen Road and Kylemore Park is due to be revamped.
A planning application has been lodged for the “resurfacing of existing path/greenway, provision of streetlighting, erection of bollards and gates at Hatmore and Kylemore junctions and associated landscaping works.” Derry City Council are behing the application.
