Poots ‘No’ to Lisgarel talks
DUP Health Minister Edwin Poots has turned down a request to receive a Larne Borough Council delegation to discuss the future of Lisgarel residential home.
Mr Poots said it would “not be appropriate” for him to do so while the Health and Social Care Board is consulting on processes aimed at improving services for older people.
