Popular Portrush hotel sold
The 32 bedroom Eglinton Hotel in the heart of Portrush has been sold, the Times can exclusively reveal.
The Eglinton Hotel, situated at the corner of Eglinton Street has views in part over the Atlantic Ocean.
Today, Commercial Property Consultants Osborne King confirmed to The Coleraine Times that the hotel is ‘agreed for sale’ and that it is hoped the sale will be completed within the next month.
At this stage, the firm were unable to disclose who new owners are.
