Portrush welcomes Ryder Cup

The Ryder Cup was in Portrush this morning (Tuesday) as part of a tour.

The Ryder Cup Trophy Tour will continue on Wednesday 13th April, Northern Irish golf fans will
have the opportunity to get up close and personal to the famous trophy, when it is put on public display at City Hall in Belfast (from 9.00am ­ 10.30am) and The Dome at Victoria Square (from 11.00am ­ 9.00pm). Fans will have the opportunity to be photographed alongside the trophy free of charge ­ and pledge their support to the European team through social media.

European captain Clarke launched the tour at 2019 Open venue Royal Portrush.

The Ryder Cup will now go on public display in Belfast where members of the public will be given the chance to be photographed alongside one of the most famous trophies in world sport.
