These 15 UK destinations have experienced a momentous rise in the number of bookings through Holiday Lettings – the UK’s leading holiday rental website – for the festive season.

They are: Alnwick, Elgin, Oxford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cardiff, Harrogate, Canterbury, Norwich, Belfast, Hay-on-Wye, Cirencester, Chichester, Peebles, Hexham and Portstewart.

The north coast seaside town saw an 183.3% increase in bookings this time last year, and is sure to be up there again this festive season.

The site describes Portstewart as “one of Northern Ireland most-loved holiday hangouts”.
