Posties pulling power
ROYAL Mail staff are getting set to pull a Royal Mail van from Portadown town centre to Lurgan town centre to raise money for charity.
The 12 strong men and women will be collecting for Barnardo’s, and are encouraging everyone that passes them to drop a few pounds into their bucket during Monday's event.
Eddie Drury, the Craigavon postman leading the pull, said: “A tremendous amount of time and effort has gone on behind the scenes to organise this event. It promises to be a fantastic day, however, our prime aim is to raise as much cash as we can for our chosen charity."
