Potential of Ebrington site must be fulfilled - Middleton
Commenting on the news that Londonderry’s regeneration company Ilex will close, Foyle DUP MLA Gary Middleton said Ebrington is a prime site for the Waterside area and for Londonderry.
“Whilst there have been some developments in recent years on the site there is much more work to be done,” he said.
“I welcome the reassurance from the First Minister that OFMDFM remains fully committed to maximise the potential of Ebrington and the North West, and will continue with development and regeneration plans to the benefit of local people.
“I will continue to work with party colleagues to ensure the full potential of Ebrington is realised and the much needed investment is delivered in the Londonderry area.”
