Poundland coming to town

Details are still to be confirmed, but a spokesperson for the store told the Larne Times this week that confirmation of location, the number of jobs being created and opening dates would be made in a couple of weeks’ time.

Poundland has over 400 stores nationwide selling a huge selection of products at just £1 each.

Poundland’s trading director, David Coxon, said: “We have grown significantly over the past 12 months and it’s fantastic to see this expansion continuing with a new store in Larne.”

The new Larne store is one of 60 that Poundland plans to open each year as part of its growth strategy.
