Praise for Peace Group

COUNCILLORS have praised the work of the Bushmills Peace Group.

Ulster Unionist councillor Willie Graham told a meeting of Moyle Council the group does a “very good job”.

And Council Vice-Chairperson, Cllr Robert McIlroy (DUP), said recently the group held a very successful conference in Portballintrae with over 100 people in attendance.

The Council has agreed to give the group 250 for a cross-community visit to Stormont for a guided tour of the building from MLAs from across the community divide.
